THE WALL:

[Feasibility]

Operational – There is low feasibility that the project will actually operate 100% according to this brief, therefore my expectations aren’t that high for this type of feasibility. This is because I have never actually developed this type of device before, and never worked with this type of computer interaction. I do however think I will complete some operational aspects, such as the fish programming and the 3D virtual worlds, but to get it all bundled together and function properly will be a difficult obstacle to tackle.

Technical – Since I don’t have such a great background in programming and coding, I will find quite a lot of difficulty with the technical aspect of this project. However I do know basic coding, so if I develop understanding for the coding I need for this, I may be able to technically carry out this project.

Financial – There is no need to hire specialists for this project as I will be carrying out this project myself, (for example – designing, programming, etc) so I can save quite a lot of money from manpower costs. From the budget plan, I’ll be able to organise my spending to maintain high financial feasibility. There is however a risk if some aspect of my project fails due to self-error or hazard, so I must develop a contingency budget for a back-up plan, to save me from having financial problems with this project.

Schedule – I only have half a semester to finish off this project, so there is quite a lot of pressure with timing and scheduling feasibility. This is around 2 months, plus there is a lot of researching and testing for the first weeks of this project, such as reading about programming and testing out the code. Schedule is medium feasibility, because it depends how long it takes me to finish one goal and trying to balance this project with my other subjects/work.
